I had an exceptional experience getting an oil change, alignment, and new tires installed. The entire team was outstanding, seamlessly handling everything from scheduling to matching tire prices. Cam truly went above and beyond. Hours before I was set to leave on a long road trip, I noticed a rattle near my air filter and brought the car back, assuming a part was left loose. Cam took me in immediately without hesitation. It turned out a large nut had fallen into the air filter housing—an issue stemming from a recommended replacement I had overlooked in my paperwork. Despite the mistake being mine, Cam was remarkably gracious and helpful. He pulled the filter, directed me to a auto parts store two blocks away to grab a replacement, and installed it for free, all with a warm, positive attitude. When I returned with questions about filter options, Cam immediately recognized the exact brand and specs off the top of his head. His product knowledge, professionalism, and genuine dedication to customer service are rare finds. Firestone is incredibly fortunate to have someone of his caliber on their team. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at this Firestone Complete Auto Care. I originally purchased a lifetime alignment at a different Firestone location, and they had no problem honoring it here. When I arrived, Harry greeted me right away. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, he took the time to explain that customers with scheduled appointments might be serviced before me, which I completely understood and appreciated. Fortunately, since no appointments came in while I was waiting, they got my car into the shop right away. Harry was professional, transparent, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I really appreciated how smoothly everything went. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for future service. Highly recommend!

I needed 2 tires for my truck to be quickly installed as I was traveling from Northern California to Southern California. I didn’t realize that part of the lining was already exposed. I called Firestone and the technician, Cesar, was super nice and helpful. He got me in quickly and installed the tires. What an amazing experience!

I can’t say enough good things about Firestone:) They are hands down the best car repair shop in the area. Every time I bring my car in, they make me feel welcome and treated like family. The staff is friendly, honest, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. Most importantly, they do an excellent job on my car every single time. I know I can trust them to fix things right the first time and keep my vehicle running safely and smoothly. They also work hard to give me the best price possible, which I truly appreciate. It’s rare to find a repair shop that combines great customer service, quality work, and fair pricing, but this Firestone delivers on all three!
